As the Better Justice Association (“Association”), we give importance to protection of your personal data. By way of this Privacy Notice Related to Processing of Personal Data for Notification of our Communications, Publications, Announcements and Events, we would like to inform you of how your personal data will be processed.
What Type of Personal Data Do We Process?
As a non-profit non-governmental non-partisan organization, we process your personal data in relation to your identity (Name-Surname) and your contact information (mainly business e-mail addresses).
How Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Considering that our activities may interest you as they may be in the fields you work or benefit from, we process your personal data publicized by you or your institutions or shared with us for our legitimate interests in delivering to you our communications, publications, announcements and event notifications that are related to our fields of activity and that are in the public interest.
Our processing activities does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms of you. You may, at any time, refuse to receive such communication and/or notification as described above from us. In this case, we will immediately delete all data collected in relation to you for the purposes here.

· to request for the destruction or deletion of your personal data in the event the purposes for processing your personal data cease to exist and when you enforce this right, to request for this to be notified to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred/disclosed,
· to object to the outcome of the analysis of your collected information made by automatic systems and
· to claim for damages in case you suffer any loss due to unlawful processing.
As noted above, you may also at any time refuse to receive such communication and/or notification as described above from us. In this case, we will immediately delete all data collected in relation to you for the purposes here.
